Description
Description
This exquisite hand-painted Japanese tea set is a stunning example of early 20th-century Kutani Moriage porcelain. Featuring intricate raised enamel (Moriage) detailing, a dragon motif, and Buddhist deity portraits, each piece is skillfully decorated with gold accents and a deep green background.
This set is marked “EIHO – Made in Japan,” indicating it was produced between the 1920s and 1940s. This, along with the painting style and porcelain thickness, suggests that this set was crafted during the late Taisho to early Showa period.
