Lovely vintage romantic blouse with light puff sleeves decorated with dramatic lace around the sleeves and neckline, making this blouse a wonderful item to style with a waistcoat.
Also works great as a showpiece on top of high waisted pants, with beautiful ruffles around the sleeves and neckline.
