Política de reembolso
Every piece at BohemeFolk is hand-picked, cleaned, inspected, and measured before it's listed. We do our best to describe each item honestly as of fabric, era, condition, and any flaws. So you know exactly what's arriving. If something still isn't right when it gets to you, here's how we handle it.
If your item arrives damaged or not as described
Please email hi@bohemefolk.com within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and a few clear photos of the issue. Don't ship anything back yet.
In almost every case we'll ask you to keep the piece and we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method. Every vintage piece has already had a long life before it reached you; we'd rather you had the option to mend, restyle, donate, or pass it on than send it back across borders for something we can make right without a return trip.
Where a return truly makes sense, we'll cover return shipping and walk you through it.
Change-of-mind returns
If a piece just isn't working for you and there's nothing wrong with it, you can return it for store credit within 14 days of delivery.
- Item must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.
- Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
- Store credit is issued within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return.
- Store credit has no expiry and can be used on any future order.
To start a change-of-mind return, email hi@bohemefolk.com with your order number. We'll confirm and send the return address.
EU and UK consumer rights
If you're buying from the EU or the UK, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
During that 14-day window, starting from the day you receive your order, you can cancel for any reason and receive a full cash refund to your original payment method, not including standard outbound shipping costs. Return shipping is still the buyer's responsibility. Refunds are processed within 5 days of us receiving the returned item.

Items that cannot be returned
For hygiene, gifting, or definitional reasons, the following are final sale:
- Vintage lingerie, slips, and swimwear
- Earrings (pierced)
- Mystery boxes
- Gift cards
- Any item clearly marked "Final sale" on the product page
How to start a return
- Email hi@bohemefolk.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Attach photos if the item is damaged or not as described.
- We'll reply within 2 business days with next steps and, where relevant, the return address in the Canary Islands, Spain.
- Ship the piece back using a tracked service. We can't be responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking.
- Once the return is received and inspected, we'll issue your refund or store credit in line with the terms above.
