Vintage 80s Black Puff Sleeve Top

Wonderful vintage black blouse. It has such a beautiful cut and balloon sleeves. It is tighter on the hips and then loose again on the bottom. For shorter bodies this could be worn as a dress but it also looks great folded into a skirt like on the pictures!
